Art and Music have been vital parts of The Doon School curriculum. In 2001, the School inaugurated a new Music School, with modern spaces and facilities, which dramatically increased the interest in things musical at Doon.

The creation of a new Art School is part of the endeavour to take artistic expression to the next level. In its continual efforts to upgrade existing facilities and provide new ones, The Doon School undertook the task of building a new Art School in July 2008.

• Greening of the Campus - Effluent Treatment Plant and water sprinkler systems.
• Five new Master's Houses near Foot House built under TERI norms
• Construction of a new Residence for the Headmaster
