The candidate must possess a Degree in English and should have a minimum of 2 years experience in teaching SAT, IELTS and TOEFL.

The person should be familiar with admission formalities and procedures for institutions and universities within the country and abroad. The role would involve assisting the Career Counselor in counseling boys, career guidance, scheduling talks, workshops and SAT teaching. The candidate must also have excellent communication skills and the qualities to build a strong rapport with young male students.

Senior Assistant Librarian 

The Doon School, the premier boarding school in India, with an international reputation, is searching for a committed and accomplished Senior Assistant Librarian.

The candidate must be a graduate (in any discipline) with a Bachelor’s Degree in Library & Information Science from a recognized institution. Preference will be given to candidates possessing a Master’s Degree in Library and Information Science. The candidate should have a minimum of 2-3 years experience in the respective field.

The candidate must be well versed in all LIS techniques along with classification schemes (DDC-22nd ed.) cataloguing (AACR-II); SDI services, online database search; data entry in library s/w, internet etc.

The candidate must have excellent communication skills and the qualities to build a strong rapport with young male students. Proficiency in computer applications is necessary. This is a non-teaching post.
