Moko kahan to dhundhe re bande
Main to tere pas men,
Na Main Dewal na main masjid
Na kabe kailash men.
Moko kahan to ............ tere paas men
Na to kaun kirya-karama men
Nahi yog bairag men
Khoji hoy to turatai milihoun
Pala bhar ki talash men.

Interpretation

Where do you seek me, Oh Devotee
When I am always near you
I reside neither in the temple,
Nor in the mosque
Nor in Kaba and nor even in Mount Kailash
I am neither in rituals, nor in the meditations, nor in renunciation,
I am easily sought in a moment's quest if you truly seek me.
Oh seekers says Kabir, I am in every breath.
