Kishore Lahiri, born in 1958, is a fourth generation Lawyer. After schooling at The Doon School (1970-1974), he graduated with Honours in History from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi (1978) and in Law from the Delhi University (1981). He enrolled at the Bar in 1981 and has been practicing for three decades inter-alia in the Supreme Court of India. His areas of specialisation include corporate law, inter-State water disputes and arbitration – both domestic and international. He is passionate about all things DOON. He has served on the Executive Committee of the Doon School Old Boys’ Society (DSOBS) since 2004, was Vice President of the Society (2008-2010) and is currently its President. He was also the Editor-in-Chief of the Society’s newsletter – Rosebowl (2004- 2010).
