"Mahesh Sahai, born on 5.11.1937, is a practicing Chartered Accountant and specializes in audit and company taxation. He is a senior partner of V Sahai Tripathi & Co., Chartered Accountants and is also on the Board of Directors of Private & Public companies in India and abroad. He was a member of the Committee appointed by The Institute of Chartered Accountants to formulate "A Guide on Company Audits". In the Doon School, he is actively involved as auditor of the Old Boys Society for over 50 years, takes a keen interest in the Indian Public Schools’ Society and is currently the Treasurer and member of the Governing Body. He is also involved with other schools and charitable institutions in Delhi in different capacities. Mahesh is married to Ratna and they have two daughters and four grandchildren. He takes a keen interest in travel, reading, tennis and swimming. "
