As Doscos return to campus after a refreshing summer break, Chandbagh springs to life with energy. The Special Assembly on a monsoon morning and the fresh scent of rain in the air are gentle reminders of a new term beginning.

In the Special Assembly of the term, the ceremonial School flag was handed over by the Deputy Headmaster to the Headmaster who entrusted it to the School Captain, signifying the transfer of responsibility.

The Headmaster warmly welcomed the new Masters into the Doon fraternity. He shared Arthur Foot’s timeless wisdom with the students on what it means to be a Dosco, emphasising academic excellence, playing a sport with passion, engaging deeply with experiences both within and beyond school, and living by the spirit of service.

He reflected on the importance of Masters in shaping each boy’s journey and how each choice shapes the dreams Doscos dare to chase. Every student carries the legacy of this institution and the responsibility to uphold it with pride.

As the term begins, we welcome the boys back and look forward to seeing them grow, lead, and thrive in their own ways.
