The Final Cut (Film Society)

In 1947 A. E. Foot wrote that the school had a Film Society. In 2011 it was decided that the society would meet once a month initially, after dinner for a film show and some discussion. The membership for boys has not been opened to all, but is based on the recommendation of teachers and activity/publication heads. The show will be by invitation only. The shows are held in the Art & Media School auditorium and are open to masters and a maximum of fifty boys. Members of the English Literary Society and Hindi Literary Society are given preference. The Society screens classics from around the world and also invites people associated with the film industry for talks and screenings.
